Helping individuals find hope and support in the community.

We believe that the positive outcomes we offer our individuals is by reinforcing the re-integration into their communities  The focus is on supporting these individuals to see themselves in a new and more positive light; with hope for their futures. This approach assumes that the successful social re-integration of an a individual rests on the combination of motivation along with human and social capital. “Human capital” refers in part to the capacity of an individual to make changes and achieve goals. “Social capital” includes factors such as employment, access to the community and supportive family and friends.

Don't ever try to open a business during a pandemic

Hi all! To say this year has been crazy would be an understatement. We opened NIAM on January 23, 2020 never did we think that in March we would be closing our doors for a pandemic and keeping those doors shut till late May. The pandemic changed everything for us, but it also let us grow slowly. While we were shut down we were able to get work on getting approved with the different insurance company. I am proud to announce we now accept Medicaid, Sanford Expansion, Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota and Minnasota, Health Partners, Cigna, Ucare and we have passed our inspection to be medicare providers. Even though we would never recommend opening a business during a pandemic for us it worked out so far, but the year is not over.
